Maintenance Request

For urgent jobs, please phone 0493 970 875 between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If yours is an after-hours emergency, please call 1300 724 814.

For non-urgent maintenance, within 24 hours of receiving your request, an appropriate contactor will be asked to contact your site contact. Please provide as much detail as possible and the correct contact details to ensure the right contractor is selected and they can gain access to the site.

Owners Corporations are only responsible for maintenance of common property repairs.
